Registration

  • B2C

    As a retail customer, you can create an account on our website in just a few clicks. Simply enter your email and password. In your account, you can track the entire order process, find invoices and repeat your last order. You will not miss any news that we send via newsletters.

  • B2B

    If you are interested in cooperation as a B2B customer, please fill out the form or contact our client center.

    Editing your data is only possible through our client center.

Orders

  • How to order coffee?

    You can do it in an instant in the e-shop : select the coffee, quantity, add to cart and confirm the order. If you don't know what to do, contact our client center.

  • Which coffee to choose?

    Our guide or client center can help you choose the right coffee.

    We will be happy to grind your coffee for you - choose the grind in your basket according to your chosen preparation.

  • I forgot to enter everything necessary, how can I add additional products to the submitted order?

    If the order has not yet been paid for, packed or shipped (the best way to find this out is in your Nordbeans profile), please contact our client center and we will resolve it together.

  • How can I cancel an order?

    An order that has not been paid for and for which cash on delivery has not been selected will be automatically cancelled. If you have changed your mind at the last minute and want to cancel the order even after payment, please contact our customer service center.

Transport

  • What are the delivery options?

    We ship to the Czech Republic via Zásilkovna and the DPD courier service. When delivering abroad, you can select a specific delivery country in the upper right corner of the website - the available options and shipping price will be displayed accordingly.

    You can also pick up your order at our cafes in Liberec, and for those who live in our capital city, the Osada cafe is available. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for delivery first. Thank you!

  • When can I expect delivery?

    We normally ship your order within 72 hours of receiving your order. You can track your shipment by logging into your Nordbeans account or using the tracking number.

  • What if I receive a damaged package?

    We are sorry, but in this case, please follow the information here

Payment

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    We accept card payments online and cash on delivery (depending on the country of delivery).

Discount codes and vouchers

  • Can I assign a discount code to an order and then redeem a gift voucher?

    Only one code can be entered in the I have a discount code field at a time - it is up to you whether you use a discount code, voucher or gift certificate. These options cannot be combined.

  • I received a gift voucher worth 1000 CZK. Can I use it for multiple orders?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible, one gift voucher can be used per order. If you do not use up the full value of the gift voucher, the balance will be forfeited and cannot be used in the next order.

  • The discount code cannot be applied, what should I do?

    The discount code or voucher has either already been used or has expired. There may also have been a mistake and you entered O instead of 0. For more information, please do not hesitate to call our client center.

Loyalty program

  • For every purchase in our e-shop you earn points.
    For every 100 CZK spent on Nordbeans coffee or tea, you get 10 beans
  • Grain = discount on next purchase
    1 grain = 1 CZK, which you can use on your next order
  • Applies to Nordbeans coffee and tea
    You collect loyalty points when you purchase coffee and tea products from the Nordbeans line.
  • You collect beans when you make a purchase over 500 CZK.
    Points are automatically added for orders over 500 CZK and are activated 14 days after the order is completed.
  • Easy discount redemption
    You can simply use the collected beans as a discount on your next coffee purchase online.
  • Points are valid for 6 months.
    Don't forget to use your beans on time
  • Registration and newsletter subscription
    We will give you an extra 50 points = 50 CZK discount
  • Registered customers
    Seed collection is only valid for B2C registered customers and only for online purchases on our e-shop
